“The course has really helped me think of new ways to deal with the ex-partner”
The Parenting Through Separation programme offers practical advice to help you and your children cope during separation. You’ll learn tips on how to better communicate with your ex-partner and how to plan for your children once you are legally separated. In fact, 93% of programme participants say that they learned new skills and strategies for dealing with separation while 95% felt better prepared for the future.
There are also helpful resources to take home and, of course, the relief and reassurance that comes from talking with others who are in the same situation as you.
